I am personally disappointed that you felt that the hotel was an establishment that catered to an undesirable clientele. We work very closely with local civic leaders and government officials to ensure that we provide the safest atmosphere for our customers and employees.
I want to personally assure you that we do not tolerate any of the behavior you referenced in your review. That said, we will raise this with local law enforcement officials so they can be vigilant to your concerns. There is nothing I want more than for a guest to feel pleasant while staying with us. I Thank You once again for Initially choosing our property. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Especially Lois, who has been with this property for over 20 years, and Maria just two weeks on the job. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes, and its fast only 5 minutes away.
