Hammam Bleu is a magical place which takes you back in time to the antique ritual of the Arab baths, helping you regain your natural balance through bathing, steam and massage. Once you have entered Hammam Bleu, your journey begins in the tepidarium, a magical, cosy corner where body and mind come together in the sweet warmth of the room, so that tension melts away and you are ready for the temperature of the next room.
This is the hot, humid calidarium, the heart of the journey, where steam warms and embraces the body, allowing it to free itself of impurities, toxins and stress. This is a unique, important moment as you rediscover the pleasure of being washed and massaged with the gommage technique, which is carried out using a special Moroccan glove and the traditional black soap. Lastly you are immersed in the hydro-relaxation tub in the frigidarium, with its light hydro massage, before the final phase of this ritual, where you can relax on a chaise longue whilst sipping classic mint tea, in a timeless moment with an antique flavour.
