Police have started probing the incident in which a year-old girl was raped by a school bus driver and later gang-raped by him and his friend in Suihua of Heilongjiang Province, today's China Youth Daily reported. Feifei not her real name was called out of her home by the driver surnamed Liu on Friday afternoon and brought to an inn, her mother said.
They took Feifei to dinner and forced her to drink liquor. Feifei was still conscious and wanted to escape, but the duo threatened to kill her family and gang-raped, the mother said. China's Criminal Law rules that the act of a grown-up man having sex with a girl under 14 is treated as rape.
