The lobby was nice and spacious but the entrance and car parking space was minimum. They provide a simple breakfast inclusive, toast, jam and a boiled egg with tea. Any idea what the weather situation is likely to b during Sept? Bit worried about visiting during the end of the monsoon season. Last time we visited April the weather was somewhat hot but the sea was really nice to splash around in.
The weather in September I am not sure, please consult websites bbc. I stayed at the Sea Queen last time- its nice, but there are lots just like it. I chose it because we got top floor sea facing rooms for about TK per night. I have stayed at about three other hotels in CXB over the years and all of them are fine. Thanx Mark for the info But could you please not provide with any fake or wrong information. This misguides people. Sea Queen does not have any tk rated rooms.
And by the way Hotel Sea Queen is a red alert hotel involved in prostitution for which the owner was in the jail. He is out on a bail..
Best Hotel in Cox's Bazar. The hotel I stayed it is right next to Angel Drop and on the sea front and seemed very nice and good value. My general advice for those going to CXB is just to go there without a booking and walk or drive or rikshaw around until you find a hotel you like and have seen the rooms.
